I have been taking these for 4 months and I feel a difference. I was informed that i was having severe mood swings. I was completely unaware of and I thought I would try these and see if they help. Wow, they do! On days I forget to take them someone in my family will ask why I am so mad. Again I didn't know I was mad. So I think back and, yep, I forgot to take my pill. For me this is worth everything. I don't like the mood swings or anger. These help me stabilize. Can not be without them.

After taking these for at least the past 2 years I’d highly recommend as a supplement to support peri meno health & symptoms. No negative side effects experienced & though a little expensive, they’re really worth it. Easy to take & digest I’ve noticed improved energy & reduced hot flushes as well as feeling less overwhelm. It hasn’t helped to improve my sleep but it’s definitely helped save my hair.

Ich habe damit Ende Oktober angefangen und nach ca. 2 Monaten habe ich eine spürbare Verbesserung gemerkt. Im Kopf wieder klarer, mein Schlaf ist besser. Konzentrierter. Jetzt geht sogar mein Gewicht endlich runter. Ich habe mich schon die ganze Zeit gesund ernährt aber erst jetzt tut sich endlich was.
